History

The History menu allows you to search or delete your browsing history.

To delete your browsing history, perform the following steps:

1. Select Smart Home () > Internet.

2. Select at the top of the web browser.

3. Select History to view a list of the webpages you have visited.

4. Select the webpage you want delete from your browsing history.

   • To delete your entire browsing history, select the Delete all histories button.

5. Select the Delete selected histories button.

6. Select the OK button to delete the selected webpage from your browsing History.

Bookmark manager

The Bookmark manager allows you to delete a website from the Bookmarks list or change the websites that appear on the Bookmarks bar.

Deleting Bookmarks

To delete a website from the Bookmarks bar, perform the following steps:

1. Select Smart Home () > Internet.

2. Select at the top of the web browser.

3. Select Bookmark manager to open the Bookmark manager tab.

4. Select the website you wish to delete from the Bookmarks list.

   • To delete all of the bookmarked websites, select the Delete all bookmarks button.

5. Select the Delete selected bookmarks button.

6. Select the OK button to delete the selected website from the Bookmarks list.

Changing the Websites on the Bookmarks Bar

You can change the order of websites in the Bookmarks list to change the websites that appear on the Bookmarks bar.

To change the websites that appear on the Bookmarks bar, perform the following steps:

1. Select Smart Home () > Internet.

2. Select at the top of the web browser.

3. Select Bookmark manager.

4. Point the Magic Remote Control's pointer to a website, and then press and hold the Wheel (OK) button.

5. Hold down the Wheel (OK) button on the Magic Remote Control and move the pointer to where you wish to place the website.

   • The Bookmarks bar displays the top 5 websites on the list.

6. Release the Wheel (OK) button on the Magic Remote Control to change the order of the websites.

7. Check if the desired website appears on the Bookmarks bar.

Settings

The Settings menu allows you to change the following options related to your browsing experience:

• On startup

  Specifies the screen to show when you open a new tab.

• Search engines

  Selects the default search engine used for address bar searches.

• Privacy

  Specifies whether to keep a record of your browsing histories.

• Always activate the Bookmarks bar

  Specifies whether to always show the Bookmarks bar.

• Flash

  Specifies whether to run Flash.

• Clear browsing data

  Deletes your browsing history and any downloaded cookies.

• Encoding

  Selects the text encoding method that the web browser uses.
