Checking Network Information

You can check network information, such as the status, IP address, DNS server, and gateway of the connection, directly from your Smart TV.

To check the network information, perform the following steps:

  1. Insert the wireless dongle into the USB port on your Smart TV.

  2. Select Smart Home () > Settings > .

  3. Select Network Status.

  • The network information may not appear if there is a problem with the network connection.

  • If there is a problem with the network connection, the location of problem is displayed on the screen.
