User-created subtitles may not work properly.
The video file and subtitle file must be within the same folder.
The video file must have the same name as the subtitle file to correctly display the subtitles.
This Smart TV does not support streams that include GMC (Global Motion Compensation) and Qpel (Quarterpel Motion Estimation).

Only H.264/AVC profile level 4.1 and lower is supported.
ULTRA HD Video (Supports only ULTRA HD model) : 3840 X 2160
It supports the playback through USB only.
LG’s ULTRA HD is fully compatible with most of ULTRA HD contents encode in HEVC delivering stunning high resolution contents. However it may not support certain types of codec contents.

This Smart TV supports only V2 or higher Window Media Audio formats.
This Smart TV does not support AAC Main Profiles.
This Smart TV may not be able to play videos created using certain encoding methods.
Video file formats not supported by Smart TV may not play properly.
Video files stored in a USB device that does not support high speed data transmission may not play smoothly.
This Smart TV only supports the DTS audio codec when playing video files from a USB device.
